If you purchased a book and haven’t received your download email or can’t access your files, follow the steps below.
1. Check Your Gumroad Library
You can always access your purchase through Gumroad’s library, even if the email didn’t arrive.
Go to: https://gumroad.com/library
Log in using the same email address you used at checkout.
If you haven’t created a Gumroad account before, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the link they send to that same address.
Once logged in, your purchase will appear in your Library. Click the book title or cover to open your download page.
The Gumroad Library is the most reliable way to retrieve your files at any time.
2. Check Your Email Folders
Sometimes the download email is delayed or filtered.
Search your inbox for “Your purchase from Gumroad” or “Gumroad receipt.”
Check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.
If you used Apple’s “Hide My Email” or another privacy email service, check that private inbox as well.
3. Confirm Payment Completion
If you don’t see a receipt from Gumroad or your payment method, your purchase may not have fully processed.
Verify that your payment went through before retrying the download.
4. Still Not Received?
If you’ve confirmed payment and can’t access your files through gumroad.com/library, contact support for assistance.
Include in your message:
The email address used at checkout
The book title you purchased
The approximate date of purchase
We can resend your Gumroad receipt or provide a new download link.
5. Prevent Future Delivery Issues
Add
@gumroad.comto your email safe sender list or contacts.Consider creating a Gumroad account so your files remain accessible anytime.
Keep your receipt email — it always contains a working download link.
Quick Summary
